Service Description. This Site describes Couch Removal, Furniture Hauling, Property Cleanouts, Storm Debris Removal, Construction Debris Removal, Move Out Cleaning, Move In Cleaning provided by CSYoung Junk Removal. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to CSYoung Junk Removal and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. CSYoung Junk Removal reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. CSYoung Junk Removal does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Damages. CSYoung Junk Removal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify CSYoung Junk Removal from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of SC, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in SC.
